Enjoy complimentary shipping on all ChicChaandi orders above Rs. 20,000. Each piece is handcrafted with care and dispatched securely to your doorstep. For orders below this amount, standard delivery charges apply. We ensure every parcel is safely packed, beautifully presented, and delivered with love.

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
